Tara Farrell spent the early part of her career at the intersection of design and technology, leading innovation for top agencies and global companies like IBM. However, she felt a calling to redirect those high-level skills toward service and social impact.

Driven by a desire to create meaningful change, Tara founded Lend a Hand Global, a creative agency dedicated to empowering non-profits and healthcare organizations. She now uses her background in data and design to amplify the voices of those healing our communities, ensuring mission-driven organizations have the world-class strategy they deserve.

Beyond her advocacy work, Tara is a devoted mother of two and an outdoor enthusiast who finds balance in nature. She believes that empathy is the most powerful tool in business and is committed to using creativity to transform lives.
